People don't look alike, why should bunnies?
Just in time for Easter, we will be working to create custom bunny shapes.
Participants will begin with the LEGO Easter cellopack and use other bricks to adjust to their own design and colors. In the end, they will have considered the shape of bunny ears and ways to create them, and adjustments that they can make to make the bunnies their own designs.
Includes free play with a unique assortment of LEGO bricks, and continuing to build the micro-build scenes created by various classes.
Instructor: Ms. Patricia Tsoiasue is a system engineer and extremely involved in the creative community of Long Beach. She is working to bring a maker space to Long Beach and we are thrilled she is doing classes for our students. Her projects include sewing projects for boys (softies and ugly soft creatures with eyes that glow), mechanical experiences, electronics with the Arduino - a robotics computing platform and LEGO, a creative medium that she loves!
This is a drop-off class if parent and child are comfortable. Parents are always invited to stay and observe or help.
To sign up one child, RSVP as yourself; to sign up two children, RSVP +1.
If you are not using charter school funds, feel free to pay online or bring payment to class. Please make checks payable to Ms. Patricia Tsoiasue.
