Solving Liner Equations: 6 Steps to Success (2-Step Equations)

This popular workshop is perfect for students who want to become very proficient at solving linear equations.  Lora Kermode will demonstrate how her "6 Steps to Success" can be used to solve ANY linear equation.  Students will have fun learning math with colors, visual aids, movements, and positivity!  All materials are provided.

Lora is a dynamic presenter who captivates audiences with her expertise in how to infuse positivity into classrooms and eliminate math phobias in children and adults.  Lora earned her teaching credential from California State University, Long Beach and a Master of Science degree in Education from California State University, Fullerton. She has broad experience educating at-risk K through 12 students in inner-city schools, including teaching Algebra to ninth graders who struggled with the subject.
