~Any manuscript you'd like feedback.
~Limit your scene read to 8 double spaced typed pages. You will be given a max of 8min to read. This will be followed by 1 minute critiques from each member present.
~Please bring 5-6 copies of your pages. Critique partners make notes on the copies as you read. The copies will be returned to you after the critique.
~No interruptions during critiques. If there are any questions, please save for the end of the critique.
~Dues paying members of GFWW are given first priority for oral readings/critiques. If non-members want to read, they will have to pay a guest fee before the opportunity to read.
~If time remains at the end of all critiques, you may read additional pages if your critique partners want to stay.
~Grin and bear it during oral critiques, unless someone asks you a specific question. If you desire a more in-depth critique, please join the online critique portion. We want to help you improve.
I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
