Diyanat & Gurpreet ! both of you are fabulous trainers for the fact that you understand the fitness level of people attending the session & coach them to improve without pushing them too hard. This quality is very rarely found in trainers. Of course you both show exemplary patience in the way you train & correct me! Have seen my motivational levels going up after joining the group. Kudos to both of u... am 100% sure this will emerge as one of the biggest groups promoting fitness in Hyd.
