Myers-Briggs (Personality) Type Indicator Discussion

Personality theory is so interesting because it help us to understand ourselves and the people around us. Most of us go through life being totally unaware of how different we are from each other. As a result, we are unaware of (or under appreciate) our own strengths, as well as strengths in other people.

Learning about MBTI, and type theory in general will help you to discover and appreciate yourself, and will help you to understand people in an empathetic way that you may not have thought was possible. It can also help you to decide what kind of careers might be suitable for you.
