Networking 2.0 and utilizing social media to your advantage

Many of our members say they joined our group for networking purposes. If this is you, then our next meetup will be of special interest to you. Our friend Cindy from Instaclick will be sharing some tips on networking specifically geared towards software / web developers.

We'll be meeting at the new location, which I understand is close to the old location but much better suited to hosting meetups. We'll post the address as soon as we have it.

Please note the change of our usual date for the next meetup! The first Tuesday is New Years day, and Instaclick needs some time to settle into the new location, so we'll be meeting on the 15th in January. We should be back on our usual schedule in February.

Also Pete has suggested a sort of book club idea that the Boston group has been doing successfully. I've started a thread to discuss the idea here.

Great event. I feel that it would be beneficial for all if everyone was able to give a 1 min pitch about themselves, which would lead to more focused networking.
