The slides are up from last night's SOLID PHP presentation, and a link to the new Java group

Thanks to everyone who came out last night for the SOLID PHP presentation.  I've put up the slides for anyone who wanted to refer back to anything, or anyone who missed it and wants to get up to speed for part 2.  We will be looking at the Open/Closed Principal (OCP) which helps us to leave working code alone so we don't introduce bugs when we add new features to our software.

The slides for part 1 are here:

The code will be added shortly.  I'll post a fix for that last bug I didn't have time to squish last night too!

Also I'd like to encourage any of you who are interested in Java to check out the new meetup Elliott mentioned at last night's meetup:

http://www.meetup.com/durham-java/

Java people tend to be obsessed with OO design, and SOLID was originally created with Java in mind. Their first meetup is tomorrow night, and you could be a part of it.

See you next time!
