Snowboard Sat - early opening

This is weather and conditions dependent. MSLM is tentatively set to open on Dec 4 so assuming that it is open we will go for first tracks of the season on Dec 5. This event will be confirmed later in the week once it is confirmed that they will be open.

Plan on leaving the city around 7:00 am to arrive at the hills at approx 9am. Wrapping up usually around 4:30 pm. We usually stop afterwards for drinks and/or dinner.

Do not RSVP for this event from your phone otherwise the mandatory RSVP questions will not appear. If you do not answer the questions a ride will not be arranged for you or no passengers will be assigned to you if driving. If you do not answer the RSVP questions or you do not have a face picture on your profile, you will be moved to the waiting list. If you answer the questions or add a fce pic then you can dd yourself back to attending. Anyone on the waiting list will be removed 1 week before the event. RSVP's will close 5 days before the event so I can arrange car pools and rides for everyone. Any RSVP changes AFTER the RSVP close will result in the member being suspended or removed from the group.

Members who want a ride should expect to have to get to a pick up location (usually a subway station or location along Hwy 400 or 401). Drivers who live outside of the city must be willing to go to a subway station if required if they want passengers.

All passengers will pay for gas ($15 for MSLM) and everyone is responsible for their own lift ticket + $2 meetup fee.

Car pooling will be arranged. Please indicate if you can drive or if you need a ride by answering the RSVP questions. If you do not indicate that you need a ride, I will not know to arrange one for you. Rides will be allocated based on your response order so those that confirm attendance and indicate they need a ride first will be allocated space first

Answers to the questions are required for me to organize carpooling. This is mandatory.

If you do not answer the questions, your RSVP will be removed or moved to the waiting list. If RSVP questions are not answered, you will not be allocated a ride. Requests not to stay for dinner will be accommodated only if there are drivers leaving early. If you can't stay late then you should contact me to confirm first otherwise, you may have to stay if your driver is staying.
