See our GTA West area the active and lively way!

This is a fun group of people who like to get out in the open air, make new friends, lose weight, have more energy, or just get healthier. Our members range in age from 18 to 80, although the majority of members are in their 40s, 50's and 60's. We have a great mixture of singles, couples, married partners, divorcees, and even a couple of four legged members too! Our walks and cycling rides usually last for about two hours or less. Our focus is on walking and cycling, but we include whatever outdoor activity comes up depending on the season and the interest. Please bear in mind that all members participate at their own risk.
