Road Runner Sports Workout

This will be an hour and half workout consisting of cardio, calisthenics, plyometrics and flexibility. It's an extremely effective and fun workout that will help you lose body fat, get in incredible shape and start your weekend off right! "The only way to define your limits is by going beyond them!"
