Torrey Hills 9 AM Workout

Come join us for a killer hour total body workout consisting of stairs, body weight calisthenics and all kinds of other good stuff to help get your day going. We'll make sure that you burn a few hundred calories while having a heckuva time doing it. It's all about working hard then playing harder. Look forward to seeing you out there!
