This will be an hour and half workout at Torrey Pines Glider Port. Going to jump in with our King of the Hill buddy Keshav Dahiya as him & some other crazies will be doing repeats here for 10 hours! We're only going to join them for the standard 1.5 hour. Seriously how hard can it be?!haha....We'll meet in the Glider Port Parking lot and go from there. Will be like a regular Saturday workout just with a couple more hill repeats sprinkled in. Bring water and dumbbells if you have them. Plan on getting down, dirty and possibly a little wet while having one helluva time with a crew of like minded individuals. We'll be using rocks and whatever else we can find outdoors. Just like our motto states, "The Earth is Your Gym!"
