Morley Field Boot Camp

Come join us for a non-stop hour workout consisting of body weight calisthenics, plyometrics, cardio with a good amount of hills of course! Please bring water and a pair of dumbbells if you happen to have them. Guys generally use 20-30lbs and ladies 10-15lbs. Whether you're trying to lose weight, get in great shape, get ready for a Spartan Race, Tough Mudder, or just 'Training for Life', Gut Check Fitness can get you there.
