Come join us for a non-stop incredibly motivating total body 1.5 hour long workout consisting of body weight calisthenics, cardio with a good amount of hills or stairs, ab work and much more! Please bring water and either a sandbag or a pair of dumbbells if you happen to have them. Guys generally use a 50lb sand bag or 20-30lb dbs and ladies a 30lb sandbag or 10-15lb dbs. Whether you're trying to lose weight, get into great shape, get ready for a Spartan Race, Tough Mudder, you name it, Gut Check Fitness can get you there.
