The Sage Canyon Park class meets Monday through Wednesday at 6AM for a killer one hour workout! Monday and Wednesday are upper-body workout days generally consisting of push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups, db work and all kinds of good stuff. The Tuesday and Thursday (Torrey Hills) workouts focus on more cardio like suicides, speed work, hill repeats, stairs, plyometrics and much more!
