Road Runner Sports Boot Camp

This will be an hour and half workout consisting of cardio, calisthenics, plyometrics and flexibility. It's an extremely effective and fun workout that will help you lose bodyfat, get in shape and possibly work off Friday's Happy Hour Hangover!;-) "The only way to define your limits is by going beyond them!"
