Staying Motivated Throughout the Job Search Process

Looking for a job can be a long, arduous journey that requires much time and patience, especially in this economy, to see results. Staying positive and motivated throughout the process can make you a less stressed and a more effective applicant, which can in turn accelerate the outcomes you desire.

Kristina Leonardi shows you how to re-evaluate your overall career and job search strategy to reduce stress and improve your work/life balance.

It wasn't for me; seemed more focused on people trying to figure out how to get to do what they really want, rather than sound, concrete insight on how to stay resilient and patient as one seeks their next opportunity. A few people left early, including me, albeit I can't speak for anyone else far as leaving before it was over.
