    It was fair; have seen her speak before and she cares a great deal about helping people through sharing her knowledge about career management. It can get a little free wheeling at times because she loves to ask her audience questions and before you know it, the audience is talking almost as much as she is. Much of what she shared already knew, but you can always learn something.
