I live in Manhattan & that's the borough I know & love. I'm sure I'd find much to love in exploring the other boroughs.
Don't know yet. This was the first thing I attended. Good start though.
Hi Rick! I've been thinking of you! Colin and I finally MOVED! So now we actually have a space which is music and friend friendly! So if you ever want to come over and jam, or jsut hang, or want us to come over to you...at least now we can reciprocate! The move plus a little financial relief has made me feel like I'm not putting out fires for the first time in a long stretch,a nd i do want to focus on some music. Also, Colin got me a Uke for my birthday...
thanks! I saw you in group some time ago but never formally met, so it was nice to meet u 2! happy day to u!
Hello Rick. I think that's the nicest thing anyone has ever said to me. I am speechless. With the Irish 'gift of the gab,' that's saying something! Thank you truly for your generosity Rick. See you at our holiday party/group the 14th! Love & Peace.
Hi Rick, You are such a valuable member of the group. Thanks for opening up about your more recent vulnerable circumstances. It helps me connect with you on more of a heart-felt level. And what a precious heart you have!!
I'm so glad you'll be joing us tomorrow at the Meditation (Bieing Present) meetup...I look forward to meeting you then.
Hi Rick... Just wondering how you're doing.
In the past, I was diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome and I also have back issues. I was laid off work last year and spent a whole year unemployed. Yoga Nidra was a big help for me. I'm glad you coming. See you there.
I can't say what will happen for you but Yoga Nidra practice has helped others experience relief from pain. The NIH and the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) have published a task force study listing Yoga Nidra as a Tier 1 modality suggested for use as part of an integrative approach for augmenting pain management.
Hoping your experience brings relief.
No problem Rick! Enjoy the concert and I look forward to meeting you on the 6th.
Rick! I am so thrilled that you've joined the group. I read your message and will make sure to pay extra attention to giving modifications for you during the class. Thank you so much for sending me that info in advance - it helps a great deal as a I plan the class. This class will be totally appropriate for you, and we'll be lucky to have you with us! I look forward to meeting you.
All my best,
