The Forgotten Garden Ch. 30-The End

Next time we meet we'll discuss the rest of Kate Morton's The Forgotten Garden. Most of us seem to be enjoying this novel while perhaps struggling a bit with the structure that jumps between three different time periods. Hopefully we'll find some answers to the myriad of mysteries we've been left with so far.

One interesting tidbit that I discovered recently: Kate Morton received inspiration for this novel from her own grandmother, who, like Nell, discovered on her 21st birthday that she was adopted. You can hear Kate Morton talk about writing the book here:

And here is the cover I was talking about during our last meeting. Any guesses for who is supposed to be portrayed on this cover?

Sorry! I wanted to come but my work scheduled changed and I didn't finish the book (and I love it and don't want any spoilers! :) )...I will definitely be present at the next one.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
