Women's History Ride by SF Bicycle Coalition

March is women’s history month, and our Women’s History Bike Ride is back! Come learn about trail-blazing women on bikes and the fascinating intersections between the history of the bicycle and the history of the suffrage movement. Join our Volunteer Coordinator Margaret on a women’s history-themed ride through San Francisco. This will be a fun, casual ride, and will most likely end with some sweet nibbles.

Note: this ride is open to all riders (not just a Gals with Gears Ride)

Wow. Margaret's presentation really blew my mind, and the ride was fun, because I never ride in SF.

Margaret was very knowledgeable about Women's History and the information she shared throughout the ride was interesting and fun. A great asset to SFBC!

The tour was great! Margaret did a lot of research and talked about really interesting connections between early feminism and bicycling.
