Bring your prototype, or just your game design sense!
We'll meet in the Havana Room near the elevator on the 5th floor of the Cambridge Innovation Center -- give me a call at [masked] if you have any trouble getting in.

I won't be able to make it tonight. Hopefully I'll see you guys at the Game Showcase next week!

Unpub 4 is happening soon. Also, there's the GMG showcase in early February.
I think Ben is referring to the Showcase event at the Brookline Booksmith on January 13th. Here's the info...
The event begins at 5PM sharp and ends at 7PM just as quickly. We’ll have plenty of chairs and table space as we fill up the Brookline Booksmith. Details:
January 13th, 5PM to 7PM, Brookline Booksmith, 279 Harvard St, Brookline, MA
David Wilkinson :: Castles of Caragaba
Dan Riles :: Cult Classic
Glen Given :: The Raccoon is at the Candy Shop
Breeze Grigas :: A.E.G.I.S
Phil Cartegena :: Find it & Bind it
Don Mitchell :: Clairvoyance
Ben Marshalkowski :: 8 Capers
Bob Kelly :: Los Cthuluchadores
Always a great time! Glad to see lots of new faces.
Anyone going to be in the area early? I'll be at Meadhall starting ~6 until the meetup. Reply if you're interested.
Plan on hitting it up sometime after 6, actually. Let's beer it up yo. Also I'll bring yer copy of Clairvoyance
Sweet. I'll probably be the one at a table drawing a new game board on a piece of paper.

I'll be there
I'm in the back at a booth.
I'm interested in bringing a prototype. What is the process to have a game played by the group?
1 · January 2, 2014
Jeremy, we go around the room announcing our name and whether we brought a game. If you bring a game, you'll need to give a brief description (30 seconds), including theme, optimal # of players, playtime, and what type of feedback your looking for.

Thanks for the info. Not sure if I will make it tonight but I will keep checking the schedule.
Sure, hope to see you soon and lmk if you have any other questions.
I'm probably going to be late. We lost a employee at the day job and its made my schedule weird.

I think I will actually be present on time.
Looks like a conflict shaping up for me as well. Next session!

Actually, my conflict should wrap up around 7PM, so I can be there by 8PM--especially if we wanted to discuss the Feb event....
How late is not too late?????
I think I might be missing some context. Are you asking until what time you can still come in? If so, the answer is: until we close shop at 11pm. If you want to play games, it's usually best to be there before 8pm.
Sorry, I accidentally double-booked myself this night so have to un-RSVP. Good luck everyone!
Too bad, but hope to see you next time!

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
