Which genre(s) of tabletop games do you typically play and/or design?

My favorite genre is collectible card games, but I design all sorts of games! I also play a lot of video games.

List your 3 favorite games.

*I don't play MtG much anymore, since it's expensive, but it's a good game and I keep up with the news and play casually a bit. *Same withPokemon TCG... except I really enjoy using my vast collection of Pokemon cards in new ways, like cube drafting and a weird spinoff I found on a blog. *Too many games to choose 1 more

What is your experience with Game Design, if any?

I've made a few simple video games (in Just BASIC) and a bunch of board/card games, including games that are somewhat similar to Monopoly, Bang!, Bloons TD (that was a weird one), memory, driedel [auto-correct thinks it's drivel ): ], Kongai, and more!

What aspect(s) of Board Game development interest you most? (ideas, prototyping, playtesting, publishing, manufacturing, etc)

I like the design process, where the details (like what each card does, or the spaces on the board) are decided.

What are you expecting/hoping to get out of this group?

I hope to play interesting games, get my games play-tested and critiqued, and get some good ideas for games.

Hi, I'm Jeremy. I might not really be 116 years old, or a brain in a jar on top of a super mushroom. But if you aren't part of GDG, you'll never know. For the record, my image splicing skills aren't this bad.
