Which genre(s) of tabletop games do you typically play and/or design?

I like both Euro games and Ameritrash. I like deep, long euros (30-45 minutes per player) but don't play them often. My crowd is more casual gamers. The games that hit my table most often play 5 or 6 players in 60 minutes or less.

List your 3 favorite games.

Deep Euro: Agricola Ameritrash: Infiltration Party: Wits and Wagers or The Resistance (Tie) Micro: Council of Verona

What is your experience with Game Design, if any?

I'm listed as a designer, developer or lead play tester in the manuals for several games. Mostly TCG products. Now I'm focused on Board Games and have a few prototypes with publishers now.

What aspect(s) of Board Game development interest you most? (ideas, prototyping, playtesting, publishing, manufacturing, etc)

I'm best as a developer of existing games. How to refine or extend the game. That is what I have the most experience with.

What are you expecting/hoping to get out of this group?

Meet other board game designers in the bay area and get them to come to our Unpub/Protospiel in May.
