Which genre(s) of tabletop games do you typically play and/or design?

Social, euro, strategy, teaching

List your 3 favorite games.

Changes. Currently Robo Rally (board), Spite & Malice (cards), Skyrim (computer)

What is your experience with Game Design, if any?

For my Masters degree I designed and created a game called "Garden of Places" that teaches Landscape Architecture. As a kid in Massachusetts I would constantly want to change the rules of any games we played (a lot). Would love to write a book on new games or variations of rules for existing games.

What aspect(s) of Board Game development interest you most? (ideas, prototyping, playtesting, publishing, manufacturing, etc)

ideas, testing, just having fun changing rules to existing games.

What are you expecting/hoping to get out of this group?

Not sure. Maybe make a game together as a group. Or just meet other game designers.

Hi. I'm an hour away so I'm always a maybe when I say Yes; might bow out at last minute. I have degrees in math and landscape architecture and I do software for a living. Collect Monopoly games.
