Gettysburg, Columbia Games Wooden Block Game with Fog of War!!!

Good day gamers,

Following up with my Napoleon Game the week before this, I'm going to teach this other Columbia Games game of the Battle of Gettysburg.

This game also has some unique Fog of War Wooden Block features and is highly based on supply, Zones of Control, and Command and Control of Division, Corps, and Army Commanders.

It's a great game, but a little more complex than the Napoleon game.  I have extended the time to play to 11pm, because of this and we probably won't even finish the game, but at least you will get an idea about the game mechanics and we should complete a fair portion of the game.

It is technically a two player game, but due to the number of blocks/units, it lends itself to a good team game. gives the game a 7.04.

This is a free event.

See you soon!

All three days Gettysburg can be played separately or together in battle-long scenario. Players have some control of which roads and at which time new Divisions and Corps arrive throughout the battle.

Gettysburg: Badges of Courage features a Brigade level order of battle with historical units and leaders. The game system rewards players who maintain division and corps integrity.
