Names Michael! I am a cook already but there is always more to learn and I would love to learn more about Indian food!
What Indian dish would you be interested in learning how to make in this class?
Hmmm I would have to say Butter Chicken (or murgh makhan) I went on a hike last night with a meet up group and one of the hikers and I were talking about Indian cuisine. I had just made Tikka Masala the other day and he mentioned Butter Chicken. Sounds very tasty!
