Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement Sundays, followed by Write to Heal Sess

I would like to propose a new circle experience starting in September:

Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement Sundays, followed by a Write to Heal Session.

Sudays are traditionally a day of rest, a day one takes for oneself, a day to nourish the creative juices. The Feldenkrais Method of Awareness Through Movement (ATM) expands all the senses, allowing ideas and dreams to rise to the surface. This is the perfect palette for realizing one's own agency, identity and for manifesting that person you most wish to be.

A 55 minute ATM lesson followed by an hour and a half of writing and sharing, mutual support and strengthening your voice.

I have been teaching ATM since 2002, and as a Feldenkrais Practitioner, am only given the right to teach once I have shown that I know how to embody the kind of awareness that four years of training cultivates. In the beginning of my third year in the Pan-European Masters Degree Program out of Cedarcrest College, I also have much to share about different writing techniques to focus your journaling into really positive directions. This circle is an act of being the change you wish to see.

This circle starts on the first Sunday, September 7th and goes for 8 weeks. It costs $5.00 per session to cover room rental, GTW donations and skilled facilitation. $40 for the whole series. You can miss a few if you must. This is an initial proposal to gauge interest. Change and self nurture both require commitment and I am willing to commit to being there if you are too. Otherwise, I will stay home on Sundays and practice self-nurture on my own! Please direct inquiries to[masked] after August 5th, 2014.

best,

Gabrielle
