With Japan’s Akira Hiratsuka (known best for Manhattan’s Yakitori Totto restaurant) as head chef and the use of Sapporo ramen along with the freshest locally grown vegetables, this restaurant’s more than reasonably priced pork, chicken, seafood and veggie Ramens are sure to delight.
Whether you prefer to stick to the well-known Miso, wet your palate with the Shio, test your limits with the unconventional dry Abura, or keep to the Yebisu specialty, let’s try them all, take a poll and see which one we salute.
