Come join GW on Wednesday, September 18th as we do Brooklyn Bowl. If you haven’t been there, this is probably the ‘hippest’ bowling alley in the five boroughs. It’s not just a bowling alley, it’s a bowling experience!! Rolling Stone calls it “one of the most incredible places on Earth.” In addition to bowling it’s a full size concert venue.
Whether you’re a pro or this is your first time, all are welcome. Or, if you’re more of a spectator, Brooklyn Bowl has a full service bar. Come for drinks, music and some outstanding fried chicken from Blue Ribbon. Just make sure you remember your ID as you must be 21 to enter.
Since this is a performance space, there is a cover charge to get in. On this night music will be provided by Turkuaz and The Heavy Pets. For more info on the bands, check this out:
Wearing your own socks: Free
Forget socks: $4
Bowling: Charged per lane, per hour, so depending on how many people there are, the price goes down. You can get a
better indication when the event gets a little closer. I would say, somewhere around $10/person/hour.
