Hello, I'm sorry I wasn't able to attend tonight. I was planning to go but I had another appt which lasted until past 8pm. Will there be another pool night event? Hope to meet you all soon.
Hey Janet--
Did anyone do the windy hill hike today? I went to the parking lot as you posted yesterday and waited until 11am for some kind of group to assemble(I'm not certain what most of our group looks like) but nothing happened/no one showed up. What gives? I did a hike anyway and had fun.
Hi Janette-Sounds good. The meeting location would stay the same: it's the Windy Hill Open Space parking area at 555 Portola Road. I think the directions are on the meetup description already. As far as lunch goes, there are probably lots of places to stop along the trail to eat or there is a picnic area/restrooms at the top near Skyline Blvd. parking area. Jen
Hi Janette-The hike could be changed a little bit to allow dogs. It would be the Hamms Gulch/Spring Ridge loop-there's a detailed description here:

It would shorten the hike to around 7 miles (instead of 10) and take from 3-4 hours. I'd be up for this version of the hike, but the 10 mile version is too long for me. What do you think about this? Thanks, Jen

No worries, I like the play! Halloween party? Sounds fun!
I thought i read on one of these that you did jewelry making. I used to want to do that, still have my centrifuge and a few toys for lost wax casting. And you got your GIA too, I started to study for it also. I'd be interested to know how thats going for you. That is a path I almost took. Worked in jewelry sales for years
My parents got a last minute dinner invite so can't watch my son. Bummer!!! Will definitely try to make it the next pool night. The life of a single mama!
Have fun tonight :).
Hey Janette-
You're so sweet :). I plan on coming by and could definitely use a big dose of FUN! I have an 11 month old and have to put him to sleep before I head out. My parents will watch him once he's down. I'll most likely get there closer to 8. That ok? Look forward to meeting you & the other ladies!
