Pop-Up Meetup: BRIDGEMEN - A New Bridge in the Community

FROM ALAN:  I am cross-posting this as a courtesy to the BRIDGEMEN group on this important community event.  Sorry for the late notice, but I just learned about the the other night and have been travelling.  I also encourage you to consider joining the BRIDGEMEN meetup group to get first hand details on future community service events.  There is no Group Support Fee to RSVP for this event.  If you go, please RSVP here so that we know you valued this posting AND if you get any pictures please upload them during/after the event.

From "Frank" from BRIDGEMEN here - As you may or may not know, the mid-30s to mid-40s age range for BRIDGEMEN has been a real point of contention for some men and with your help, we want to start building a new bridge in the community. I’ve been working closely with my colleague "Noah" to expand our services within our programs to include men who are age 50 and better.

We’d like to solicit feedback from men like you to help us build a better network and learn how we can improve our service to the community. To this end, I’d like to invite you to a day retreat this Sunday, December 8 from 10am-4pm (lunch will be provided) and we want to hear from you! We want to explore how to build better social connections, gay and bi men’s health and wellness, what kind of service projects make a difference and how we can help our brothers and each other as we age. This will include both HIV-positive AND HIV-negative men in the San Francisco Bay Area.

"Noah" is spearheading this day retreat and I invite you to reach out to him to get on the list. You must contact him to RSVP as space is limited. He’ll provide you with all the details you’ll need to attend. You may reach him at email him at [masked]

I really hope you take this opportunity to join us for this exciting new step. I’m looking forward to seeing you soon.

HUGS and happy holidays!

Frank

Sorry Mike. I just learned about this community event and posted it as a courtesy to the community. Hence the term "Pop-Up Meetup".

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
