Had a great time belaying and climbing last Saturday. My forearms are still a little sore, but I'd love to do this again soon. Let me know if any of you are up to doing this again soon!

Basic instruction is taught to climb and belay at all levels (beg, intermediate & advanced). The lowest route is a 5.4 and anybody can usually do this including kids. 5.4 to 5.6 is a beginning range. They also have training routes that are between 5.2 and 5.4. Hope that helps :)

hi, I have a question. This sounds very interesting. Is it good for a beginner of rock climbing?

Hey guys. So I spoke to Donna, the Mission Cliffs manager and if we get so many people going she will knock a few dollars of day rate ($18.00). Even if we get 5 or 6 peeps she would still do that for me. Also, harness & shoe rentals are $5.00 so your looking at spending 20 or 21 total. I will be on hand to teach you how to tie in as a climber then do the other role of "belayer," a person who manages the safety, security and belay device while climber ascends. More details soon :) yay
