Gayatri Temple
Gayatri Meditation and Arati - one hour and a half.
We will start with a set of healing mantras for anyone requested at the meditation. We are also chanting a set of mantras to heal Mother Earth.
We will teach the Gayatri nyasas/disciplines, how to do the mantra touching the fingers, eyes, head, shoulders for protection.
Afterwards we will have snacks, satsang and social time.
