  • This location is no longer available

As part of a regular series, we will be showing some of the most out-there and surreal sci-fi and fantasy there is!

This week is "Malice in Wonderland".

An American law student in London. Knocked down by a black cab, she wakes with amnesia in a world that's a million miles from home - Wonderland. We follow her adventures as she's dragged through an underworld filled with twisted individuals and the lowest low-lifers, by the enigmatic cab driver, Whitey. She needs to find out who she is, where she's from and use what wits she has left to get back home in one piece.

This is my first NVGC meetup. I was wondering if there was anything that needed to be brought? Popcorn, chips, soda?
    Tribble Recipes?

I'm thinking of signing up for this event, but not sure. Has anyone seen this movie? The concept sounds interesting, but Rotten Tomatoes doesn't seem to like it (only received a score of 10% of critics and 48% audience). But some audience members really liked it. Also, there are some movies I think are brilliant and avant garde, that critics/audiences hate. Can't decide! Any advice is appreciated.

I've learned to ignore RT reviews (even most fan feedback) and instead rely on reviews/message board posts on IMDB, which tend to be far more detailed and intelligent.
