WHAT IS CODE CARROTS YOU ASK (aside from the really cool name?):

Code Carrots is a weekly free and open programming workshop hosted by Geek Girls Carrots (GGC). The format of the meeting is very open. We don’t have a rigid curriculum. During Code Carrots you will be able to meet mentors, ask them questions and get advice about programming. These workshops are designed for all levels--beginners to advanced--to participate. Every meeting will start about 7 pm and last for 2-3 hours.

WHO IS THIS WORKSHOP FOR? The meeting will be the most useful if you...

>>> are learning from a programming tutorial and you would like to get help understanding the lessons and exercises.

>>> would like to start programming but you don’t know how and where to start.

>>> would like to solve specific programming problem from work, your own project, or a class assignment.

>>> don’t have any specific questions or tutorials that you are going through, but you would like to use a mentor’s knowledge and have a good time in a Geek Girls Carrots (GGC) atmosphere. What do we mean by GGC atmosphere? We believe in a supportive, encouraging, respectful, and fun environment for people to learn and impart their awesome knowledge!

Code Carrots meetings are informal and free. We are only limited by the venue size. Don’t forget to bring your own laptop. It will be also nice if you could bring and share some carrots!

It was great to see the demo on node.js. Really appreciate all the help! Is it possible to add mentors to the attendee list so we can connect via LinkedIn or meetup?

Thank you Alin! That's good idea! That depends on mentors, but I will try to provide more informations about mentors next time!
