Karaoke Night Suggestion

I haven't done karaoke night in FOREVER. I live in aurora and wonder if anyone knows good places (The Foundry next door to fox valley mall does it on Wednesdays) and i would LOVE to do karaoke!!

i LOOOOVE karaoke SO much and think it would be SO fun to be with other geek girls and sing my heart out!

Alley Cat Comics does Karaoke the last Sunday of every month. It's really casual/low key, but it's fun & in a comic shop. :) I might be interested in a more traditional karaoke experience as well . . .

I'm a suburban karaoke dj and a geek. Good places would be Tuesdays at Kevil's in Forest Park or Fridays at Blueberry Hill in Forest Park - both have quite a few regular singers who are also geeks.

I've hosted a few karaoke nights at places with karaoke booths like Lincoln Karaoke in Lincoln Park. There are some karaoke booth places in the burbs otherwise I'm sure there are a bunch of karaoke bars aroun.

Karaoke in the city would be great. I also don't have a car and I know of at least two more people who would like to join, but are also carless.

Tuesday nights, there's Kevil's in Forest Park, just off the Green Line Harlem stop, 9:30p - 1:30a. Friday nights, there's Blueberry Hill in Forest Park, just off the Blue Line Des Plaines Ave. stop, 9pm - 3am. Both bars have regular singers who are geeks. Both have much cheaper beer than any place I've found in the city. Blueberry Hill is the cheaper of the 2.

I'd love to do some Karaoke but only if it's in city... I don't have a car.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
