One of the ladies in the group asked me about teaching a jewelry-making class. I can accommodate about 6 people in my home for a private class. I would provide all of the tools and materials you would need and give you options of: 1) stringing a necklace or bracelet, this is the easiest 2) making a floating necklace, this is intermediate level so would require some previous experience, 3) wire wrapping a pair of earrings, this is for advanced jewelry makers only or people who have tools to finish work at home if they can't finish in class. I'd charge $32 per person to cover materials (beads, clasps, wire, crystals, jump rings). This is about 40-50% less than you'd pay for a class + materials from Michaels, and in a much smaller class setting.
