Let's do yoga! The regular teacher for this time slot is really laid-back and welcoming and the class is for all levels of yoga students. For people who are newer, she's great at demonstrating the postures and making adjustments for anyone who may need some extra help. I usually try to get there around 10-15 minutes prior in order to make sure I have a spot, and you may need some extra time if you need to fill out the studio waiver before class.
A drop-in is $16 dollars or you can do a 2 week unlimited deal for $25 - pretty good in comparison, I think, even if you only go twice. They do have some mats available for rent - $1.
