    That was a good trip.
Thanks to everyone for coming, and yes ending up in a gay bar was funny. Amazingly enough, I didn't see the whole museum.

Had a blast meeting people who are into the same stuff I am--I would say sorry for coming off as loud, obnoxious and slightly weird--but sadly that is who I am--ending up at the gay club was very funny

  • Lynn C

Hi Vlad/Jobeda, Finally able to get onto comments to confirm I would definitely like to attend as per the email that I sent earlier this evening when my phone refused to let me get onto the comments section.

I noticed that Jobeda cheekily wrote "and/or pub" to my walking suggestion.

Don't worry we will have plenty of time for a pub afterwards. It is a special kind of pub that moves from one part of the country to another. I even managed to reserve a really good table for us in this pub. :-D

  • Jobeda A.

Sorry Dean!! Maybe you and I can go some other time, when I'm well enough and you're less busy.

    April 4

  • Vlad V.

I can find £15 return tickets on 10 May or 17 May. 17 May seems to be the last date that they're offering those tickets, so it really is use it or lose it.

    April 3

    • Lynn C

Either return time would be fine.

      April 4

    • Vlad V.

Based on the responses above, I will change the date to 10 May; out 08:20 London Euston, back 18:55 Manchester Piccadilly.

I am also very interested, and why not making this a week-end trip by finding a cheap accommodation for saturday night ? This will make the travel easier for those who want to go by bus for a better price (1£ with megabus for example). The week-end of the 29 mars is perfect for me.

    February 20, 2014

    • Vlad V.

Train is better! And I can get it cheaply. Especially if you consider a night's accommodation.

I have looked coach will cost £18 return vs £23 return by train, so definitely train is better!
