Catch the Britain: One Million Years of the Human Story exhibition.
See the colossal creatures of the Mammoths: Ice Age Giants exhibition.
Take part in the lively Emotional Evolution discussion event.
Tour our popular galleries, including Dinosaurs, the Whale Hall, and Treasures.
Food and drink
Bar open from 18.00 until 22.00
Grab a tasty meatball parmigiana ciabatta, courgette, feta and mint fritters on flat bread, salads and more from our Central Hall menu. Then enjoy a selection of good quality wines, beers and ciders from the bar.
The food is really good, but not cheap, you won't get much for under a tenner so if you don't want to spend that, bring a sandwich.
Please note that drinks and food cannot be taken into the exhibitions and the Dinosaur gallery.
More info at the NHM After Hours page.
6pm - 6.30pm - We will meet in the main cafeteria (not restaurant) behind the main huge central stairs, between 6pm and 6.30pm. Please note the host Philip will arrive at 6.30pm.
7.30pm - We will meet again in the Cafeteria at [masked]pm to collect later arrivals and sometimes people just want to stay sitting, drinking, eating, listening to the live music and chatting for the rest of the evening. The food is excellent but not cheap and there's nothing to stop you bringing a sandwich in.
9.00pm - If there's no Meetup sign/people in the cafeteria after 7.30pm, we will meet back at the cafeteria at 9.00pm for a final gathering together.
As usual, hosts' numbers will be emailed to attendees the day before the event.
