Celebrating FIFTY YEARS of Doctor WHO...

For all you truly hardcore nerds out there
(you know WHO you are!),
experience the magic from its inception,

Classic to Present: From 1963 to...

Well, as long as it takes!!!

Once a month, we will gather together in solemn, sacred sanctimony, to honor this great and powerful being from across the stars, for the countless times he's saved the lives of every living creature on this wretched planet.

So, please bring something to share, wear your favorite
12-ft scarf, 3D glasses, bowtie or fez, and prepare to
hunker down and absorb a piece of history!

This month, we will be watching:

The Crusade

It's the Whovian Lion In Winter!  Well, okay, not quite, but King Richard is involved, Ian becomes a knight, Barbara gets captured (by now, this should be no surprise to anyone... doesn't that happen every episode??), and the Doctor and Vicki have to do their best to stay out of politics, before they all rally back in Sherwood Forest (or something like that).

***SPECIAL NOTE
(in case it impact's anyone's interest in this episode):::

This episode is NOT in moving pictures.
It is one of those rare instances
where the session tapes were recorded over
(because, hey, tape was expensive in 1965!),
...and there will be only SOUND files,
with still photographs (like in a documentary).

Also, I would like to make sure that every sees the SPECIAL NOTE that this episode is NOT in moving pictures. It is one of those rare instances where the session tapes were recorded over, and there will be only SOUND files, with still photographs (sort of like a documentary, but more like a radio broadcast, since there is no narrator, it will be acted, and there will be sounds, sometimes with subtitles to explain what's going on). If this information impacts your interest, please update your RSVP accordingly.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
