What flavor of Geek/Nerd variant do you consider yourself to be? What kind of social happenings best fit into your particular theme of un-conforming?

Play MSTie for me! With a side order of TMBG :) I'm active in Crafty Geek, and I like to mix and mingle. Just don't ask me to watch Episodes I-III. They make me sad.

Are you a Social Butterfly? Do you play well with others? Do you enjoy meeting new people? If so, would you be willing to help out our Nerd Posse leadership team with regularly recurring activities by occasionally hosting events at public locations?

…or any other miscellaneously mis-fitting, socially non-conforming term that can't be classified as being considered "mainstream" (as if anyone really knows what THAT is), and probably isn't nearly as derogatory today as it was a few decades back, because, these days, we're taking over the WORLD, man!

In other words, this here's a consortium of a populace who knows how to take people seriously, but life and themselves lightly.

This is not MENSA.

We just throw in the benefit of the doubt and assume that you're interested in meeting others who like to think outside the box,

…or whatever other polygonal analogy best floats yer boat.

If you like to do something a little off-the-wall, bonus. But we just say that because we're circus folks. If you're not, then maybe you like to put together robots or something. Or perhaps you're working on the cure for cancer. Then again, possibly you're just nice to turtles, who knows? No matter, whatever... it's all good. Different strokes for different folks, eh? We don't judge, and we won't bite. (Well, not unless you ask nicely, that is! >:)

We're all adults, and are more than capable of creating our own safe & sane fun, however silly. This site has been designed simply to help facilitate that aim.

(Aheh-rms... Wow... that was kinda intellectual-sounding... in fact nerdish, even, one might say!)
