Just some of the benefits of a regular yoga and meditation practice. Join us for Gentle Kundalini Yoga and Meditation taught by KRI-certified Kundalini yoga instructors. Classes are held Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 7:00-8:15pm and Sunday mornings, 11:00am-12:15pm. Classes are $10 and payable when you come to class. All are welcome to join the group. There is limited space in the studio (8 students comfortably) and availability is on a first come basis. Please do your best to sign up as priority is given to those who have reserved a spot.
Kundalini yoga is a comprehensive form of yoga designed to optimize all aspects of our human experience. It employs a number of modalities - physical postures, breath work, mantra, mental focus, meditation. By employing a combination of these things throughout our yoga practice we are working on just about every aspect of our body: nerves, hormones, circulation, etc. This brings strength, balance, and vitality to our bodies and calmness and awareness to our minds.
