Kundalini is a comprehensive form of yoga that employs postures, breath work, vocal expression, mental focus and meditation to bring strength, balance and vitality to our bodies and calmness and awareness to our minds. Our approach to yoga is gentle but transformative. This is suitable for all adults. The setting is a small studio with no more than eight students.
