    Thanks Michael for posting last night's presentations and the info about the IGE program. Would you please also post Knox's presentation. The chart of different platforms was interesting.

    Slide 8 of the IGE writeup says "Issuer cannot raise more than $1,000,000 in the IGE offering." Does that $1M limit apply to all funds the issuer (eg - Groundfloor) can ever raise on all projects, or the max which can be raised for any one transaction/project (eg - one rehab house)?

      The "issuer" is the entity raising the capital.
