3. Volunteer at a Horse Rescue
A good place to start is to attend an Orientation at one of our favorite rescues called Save The Horses. There you will be able to tour the farm, visit with the horses and other animals and listen to a presentation on how you can help. Visit our calendar to read more about them.

4. Watch the Calendar

Watch the calendar for events and RSVP to whatever catches your fancy. But make sure that you RSVP to events that you definitely plan to attend as you could be taking a spot that another member may want. You will also need to RSVP quickly as events fill up fast.

5. Take our Survey

Save the Horses is based in Cumming and needs help daily at 8am and 4pm (horse feed times.) Dream Power is an equine assisted therapy barn located in Canton and needs help Saturdays at 10am (see our calendar to RSVP.) Also you can reach out the the owner, Gina Little, who is a member of our site to see if you can schedule more volunteer hours. Contact me, Cella, for more information.
