Welcome to Georgia PhotoWalkers. I started this group after leading a PhotoWalk in Cartesville back in July, 2010. I had a great time and enjoyed meeting some great people. I think it would be awesome to meet and interact with people who have similar interest.

This group will meet frequently (every 3-4 weeks) at different locations; towns, parks, festivals, or other places of interest. We will plan a 1 to 2 hour walk and take pictures. We will have a flickr group page to post and share pictures with others. Guiding focus of this group is to enjoy photography, meet others interested in photography, and visit and learn our state ( and other close by locations).

All PhotoWalks are at your leisure; you can spend as much or as little time at the venues or with the group as you'd like. All photowalks will always be family friendly and you are more than welcome to bring your families to the photowalks. There are no formal formats; just walk, take pictures, and share them if you'd like.
