Climbing at Stone Summit

Whether you are a beginner or a world-class athlete, we have a climb for you. Stone Summit has walls extending 25 feet to 60 feet high to challenge both your strength and mind, a bouldering room that will not bore even the most fanatical gym rats.

We always need belayers! Please come ready to learn, certify, and belay for others. Be sure to wear loose clothing. Bring sports drink and bars to keep you going.
If you would like to learn how to belay let me know I will get there a little early to help someone or find someone in the group who wouldnt mind helping.
Stone Summit has agreed to give us a discounted rate of $13.50. If you need to rent gear it will be 3.00.

upper arms and leg. You need to pull yourself up than use your legs to extend your hips. there's first time for everything so dont be afraid. we are here to coach and motivate as well

If you use your arms to pull up you will wear yourself out more quickly. It's mostly legs. Joe if you are a coach
To climbing come see me I would love to hear where it is legs and use your arms to pull up. Quain, if you sign up see me or one of the regulars like vu, Andres, dave, etc!
