Ecology Nature Walk at High Falls State Park

Come spend Saturday morning with Keeping It Wild at High Falls State Park. We will tour the grounds with a park naturalist to see the falls and to learn about history, ecology and identify trees in the park and more.

Pack a lunch, water, sunscreen and snacks and stay all day. There are lots of things to do and see in the park and surrounding area.

High Falls State Park is located 45 minutes south of downtown Atlanta and 1.8 miles off I-75 near Jackson Georgia (approximate mileage).

Advance registration and payment required www.KIWecologywalk.eventbrite.com          (sorry no walk up registrations).

Please meet at the Lakeside Program Area by 9:45 AM. Parking fee required $5 or borrow Georgia State ParkPass from local library.

P.S. Don't forget the insect repellent!
